As the KUSS Reporting and Elections Conference approaches, Aidas Čurovas – second-year marine transport engineering student of the Faculty of Marine Technologies and Natural Sciences – expressed his desire to serve as the president of KUSS for the second term.
Aidas Čurovas, based on issues relevant to students, envisaged five areas of activity in his activity guidelines: high-quality representation of student interests, initiation of cultural activities, 3D Klaipėda University model mobile app, initiation of changes and “I know. I can. I do.” memos that will encourage student representatives to solve emerging problems more effectively.
“I don’t feel like I gave both the union and the university my best.” I firmly know that we can continue to effectively represent students and achieve the quality of studies, continue to promote the name of not only KUSS, but also KU and fulfill the goals set out in the union’s strategy”, Aidas Čurovas shared his thoughts.

March 4 of this year. Aula Magna (PC “Studlendas”), AK1 auditorium will host the Klaipėda University Student Union reporting and election conference. During the conference, annual and financial reports of KUSS, annual activity reports of KUSS Council and Audit Commission reports will be presented. Also, during the Conference, a new President of the Klaipėda University Student Union and members of the Audit Commission will be elected.
