Klaipėda University Student Union, together with KVK SA, LAJM SA, LCC Student Council, SMK SA, LTVK SA participated in the first part of KRAMS – trainings where they had the opportunity to acquire new competencies.
The first lecturer, KTU Alumni Augustas Baltrėnas, presented the topic “When will I be able to say that I am in a strong organization?” August facilitated a discussion that covered many relevant topics that are useful for any organization.
The second lecturer, Mantas Žeronas, vice president of LSU SA, presented the importance of communication for the organization. Mantas conveyed his teachings with a practical game, which helped the participants to understand not only the relevance of the topic, but also that everyone could understand their own communication skills.
The second part of KRAMS was dedicated to the participants getting to know each other better and spending time in the community. Students had fun participating in a brainstorming session, the questions of which were aimed at getting to know other properties better, and they completed various tasks.
