On May 17, the Spring Forum ’25 took place. The goal of this spring forum was to delve into the KUSS strategy. Participants not only got acquainted with each other, but also looked for ways to improve and expand the strategy. Three main directions of the KUSS strategy were discussed: purposeful and high-quality student representation, focused nurturing of the KU community, and strengthening the union itself. Students also had the opportunity to develop their soft skills. LSS Education Coordinator Beatričė Ramanauskaitė presented the importance of feedback, while LSMU President Rugilė Kriaučiūnaitė spoke about crisis management in a team.
Participants arrived at the training wearing a variety of upper body clothing. The highlight of the evening was a competition for the “most witty top,” during which everyone shared the origin of their upper garment. Community spirit was also encouraged by playing various games.
The training provided an excellent opportunity for union members to become more familiar with and gain a deeper understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. It is hoped that the knowledge gained and solutions developed at the forum will help to further develop KUSS initiatives and contribute to the effective functioning of the organization.
